Well, here goes round 2!! Hoping for good results. Swapping out my 365cc high profile implants for narrower 270cc Sientra Moderate Profile. Also going to drop them down a half of a centimeter so my nipples are centered and not pointing down. Surgery date 6/22

Not so happy anymore.
Feeling pretty uncomfortably lately and thinking about having implants removed. I don’t know when I started feeling super self-conscious about my large breasts, but I now feel like they draw too much negative attention. I feel like they look big and fake and that’s not the look I was going for.

I was going to ask to post a pic of how they settled but after reading this post I don't want you to feel uncomfy. You can buy minimizing bras that will not make them seem to big. Honestly baggy clothes help hide them as well. Sorry for your mixed feelings right now. Good luck in whatever you decide. Keep us updated.
I have had mine for 4 and I am like you . I don’t love mine haven’t for a couple years.. I wish they were smaller and sat higher up :( mine sag too much for my liking and just feel really big

I haven't been posting much, I'm having too much with these new boobs!! I absolutely love them. They are just right. No boob greed here!! Final size is 32D - 32DD depending on the brand of bra. The only negative thing is that it doesn't feel good for them to be touched. They are sensitive and uncomfortable when squeezed. But overall I'm so happy I did this!!

Your results make me so excited about the possibilities for mine! You look AMAZING! What does your doctor say about the pain with touch? Is it expected to go away? I suppose 3 months is early yet with regards to healing. ☺

32DDD with 365cc. How ?
I got 375cc mentor moderate and I ended up with a 32ddd, it depends on your breast tissue and how much skin you have
Maybe she had a smaller bwd than some of us. It just depends on bwd, breast tissue and the amount of skin you have. My bwd was 14.3, I got 500cc and I’m 36DDD
I don't know my bwd..I'm 5'3 and about 131 pounds. My surgeon didn't really measure me at my consultation. I just showed him a wish pic and he immediately said 500 cc high profile. I asked him if that wasn't too much. I don't want to look too heavy like a blowup doll. I'm a 32DD (lost some volume tho) and would like to be a 32DDD. and he just explained that I already have a good amount of breast tissue so it will turn out beautiful. Wish me luck lol
Several years later and multiple fluffing throughout my first year, I now wear a 34 I/J. Also VS mashed me into too small of a bra since they only went up to DDD. Go to Nordstrom if your larger than DDD. I got Mentor MemoryGel Mod+ 500cc.
That's exactly what I was thinking. 365 isn't even two cup sizes. She should be a C and appears to be exactly that. Plus implants look smaller than the same cup size on a natural breast in that cup and band. I have a 32ddd and I had a b before and got 590cc and we aren't dissimilar in weight. I notice most girls that are unhappy went small Cc but high projection. I think that gives a faker look. I like a bigger implant and lower projection. My own mom forgets I have implants because of how natural they look. And I'm 131lb with 32ddd! I hope she doesn't give up!
