5 month mark
I'm at 5 1/2 mark, I will be having a revision on my left breast on July 13 since it sits lower than than the right

I saw my ps last week and she said everything is great . I have no restrictions , so I can start ab work, I'm feeling good and will be returning to work this week . Their are dark burn msrks above my incision, they were blisters/ superficial burns from all the swelling . Ive been putting she's butter on them , hopefully they fade. I also have scratches below my breast from irritation from the surgical bra. Other than that I'm pretty happy with everything my vertical scar is very low but u can see my old belly button scar, I don't mind though. I ran my first mile yesterday and felt great. My ps also told me to wear a supportive bra at all times since I have a lot of laxity in my skin and no breast tissue to hold up my implants , this will prevent them from falling. I'll update Ina few weeks once I get my exercise down. Thanks again for your support ladies ????
3 weeks
It's been 3 weeks and I'm doing well, did some exercise this morning( the bike for 15 min and some arm exercises) . I will start scar therapy tomorrow. I'm still pretty stiff in the morning and I'm very swollen at the end of the day. I will continue to increase my exercise little by little . I need to work on my 6 pack, lol... Thank u ladies for being so supportive, I'll check in again at 5 weeks
