I am not an expert on ANY homeopathic treatments all I can say is my experience: applying the apple cider with a cotton ball daily has improved my skin. I noticed the difference after only one (all night) application. The affected area's top layer of skin peeled off so my skin was smoother and the pigmentation was a little more even as well. The vinegar restores skin’s pH levels. "The epidermis is naturally acidic, but when the vinegar is used as a toner, it helps skin find the ideal balance between dry and oily." I also know that apple cider vinegar has antiseptic and antibacterial properties. I also drink a teaspoon of this vinegar in water in the morning and in the evening lol.

Thank you ShinyDesert! Its been more than a month since I have done dermal filler (Teosyal, UltraDeep) on my nose and I developed bad necrosis. After 6 days they dissolve the filler but my nose had gotten badly infected that until now I am still getting the pimple-like pustules and the necrosis at the tip left me with severe scarring. I have been to many specialists, both plastic surgeons and dermatologists and all they can say is wait and kept giving me different topical creams like Mebo for scars, Fucidin ointment, Skin Medica for scars but they dont seem to be working. I would prick the pustules when they appear and extract the pus and relieves the pain but other than that I dont know what else to do. I have all these uneven skin and indentations on my nose that look horrible that shock people when they see me :((. Do you know how soon can I possibly do laser treatments. No matter how I try to stay positive, the scars are so deep both physical and psychological that I am beginning to feel hopeless :'((((

Do not lose hope Mhael22! I replied to your private message also. You are a valuable and unique person and you will heal! Time and trust in your body's ability to heal is most important. I do understand it is super hard but WE must remain positive and love ourselves and our bodies. You are not alone.

Shinydesert. What a wonderful comforting words . I cure my emotional pain through your words . I'm really having hard time to deal with this . It has been 9 months . I still don't know what happen to me . All this time I was having hope but as the time goes by and is not improving I'm suffering more and more fear and I can't deal with both . Physical and emotional pain . I wish for once I wish I was able to believe in miracle that I can turn back the time . If I go on the sun even now winter cold my face burns if there is a sun and get swollen and red is itchy and very painful to touch where I was injected . That is not an allergic reaction. The injection was not done properly and a vessel was occluded. I also think a lymph node was occluded as well. I have found several stories here about the same experience, I just wish I would have seen them before I opted for Radiesse. I had Juvederm in the past with another doctor and no complications.

I had almost the same and u r right it's improper injection and u get to suffer as I have for many months .

I must be honest I have no hope as my symptoms only getting worse . After it happened for me I went for consult as I was frightened what's happening to my face and I saw very caring dr who was honest and told me it may take long time and etc etc ... But I thank him so much for being honest . Having all this and not knowing what's happening has completely destroyed me and I don't believe I will ever be able to recover from the emotional distress :( please take good care of your health . I stoped asking for help :(

Thank you for your advice Dr. Emer. I have an appointment to see a dermatologist on November 10, 2014. I have been exfoliating my face and using a glycolic peel as well as cellular C serum. I also take vitamin C supplements and other vitamins & herbs. Thank you again for your professional opinion and treatment options.

You dont know me of course, but I love what I do and its mainly because I love helping others. I care so much about my patients and their results and id never want to hurt someone. i have seen, treated, and felt horrible for patients this has happened to. I lecture all over the country on proper technique and treatment of complications, so that others know what to do if something had happened. with that said, there are options to make this look better and you should seek an expert if you want improvement. again, i am so sorry this happened. i wish you the best.

topicals creams will not help this unfortunately, this needs very precise laser treatments. i would avoid glycolic as it is inflammatory and can make your pigmentation worse. I suggest only seeing an expert in this field and not just any dermatologist. specifically one who is fellowship trained in cosmetic procedures and lasers like i am. Best, Dr. Emer.

I keep getting one or two blister-looking/pimples with the radiesse inside so I do not know how long to wait for the laser treatments... In other words, would the laser stop the filler from surfacing on my face like that as well as taking care of the scarring?

I would have to take a look obviously and give my expert opinion and see what is the best treatment option for you. Laser would likely treat all the issues if done right, you may need a few small surgical procedures to remove the radiesse.
