4 years later. Look very different. My only advice go bigger. I went 625 cc gummy bear over muscle. I want to go back and do 725cc.

Are you gonna do a lift when you go bigger or just increase the ccs?

Very happy with results. I still wish I would have gone 675cc instead of 625cc. But I'm grateful.

You look good! What are your stats? (height, weight) and why did you choose overs? I am considering overs as well and would love to hear from you since you have actually had that implant placement. I am considering 600 ccs and am having such a hard time deciding! Your breasts look great and will look better every day!

I wanted volume I had lost a lot of weight and was very deflated. My dr felt that would give me the best look. I went 625cc and now I wish I would have gone at least 650cc. My frame isn't small, I'm 5'4 145 lbs. I could have pulled it off without looking fake. I didn't want the fake look. But I'm very happy with results. No regrets.
