Hi everyone. Its been a while so I figured I'd post an update. I'm close to my 6 months Post Op. The ladies are looking better than ever. I still get some nipple pain or tenderness but its light and only once in a while. My only complaint is my breasts do still fall into my armpits when I lay down. Its very uncomfortable. Its possible my pockets were made too close to my sides and that's why they fall. Not sure. I moved about 4 hrs away from my plastic surgeon so I havnt had a chance to ask.
The healing process has been easy. If your scared because of the pain. Don't be. Just stay on top of your meds and ice, ice, ice. :)

Well. Drop and fluff has definitely happened. They have tripped in size. These ladies are gorgeous! Everything has been going great. Zero complications with my recovery. Headed back to the gym this week. Starting slow. I also started a scar cream.

Day 22
Ladies are dropping evenly. I have Zero pain unless I press directly on my incisions. Which i have to massage twice a day to avoid kieloids. Skin hyper sensitivity is going away. Thank God! I'm lotioning (basic Aveeno with oatmeal) my skin twice a day as well. Trying to avoid stretch marks. I'm prone to them sadly. I also dry brush my skin before I shower. Helps with exfoliation, new skin growth and circulation. I still get zingers in my nipples and my left side boob. There are a few numb spots around the side boob are of both breasts but nipples are completely back to life. Yay!..... Not sure what else to post so....... Y'all have a great day. Hope this helped.

As I said before, your volume is fantastic. It’s good to hear your having lots of sensitivity. That means the nerves are healing. Thanks for updating.

Thank you. Hypersensitivity is fading thankfully. Still lotioning. Kinda in a platou asxfar as the drop and fluff goes. No change in several days. I love my surgeon. she did a fantastic job.
