Ok so I'm three weeks post ips had my followup yesterday with PS! And I made before and after collage posted! Left top right top top are before and rest are after! I like the results and think it looks good! Lower lip is not fully healed yet :( and hoping it returns to normal which doc says it well as well dimple thing that showed up last week docotor says it will go away! Other than that it seems great still feel it's tightness at times but I'm still only 3 weeks post op so Im give it till couple month :) let me know what you guys think of the results thanks bunch

Dimple ????
So everything was going great ! Today however I woke up and noticed small dimple on my chin :000!! I don't shats it from will it go away ??? Anyone know should I be worried and contact PS

You should ask your PS about it.. let us know what he says!
Hey, I just noticed a dimple in the same area on my chin. I am right at 2 weeks post op, have you asked you PS? I am obviously curious and wonder if it is normal and temporary. I am not going to get too worked up about it, but do want to make sure that if it is something to worry about that I am taking action if needed. I may take a photo of my chin and send it to may PS. I think that is what I will do tomorrow.
I see him on Friday for post-op so I will let you know what h me says

I would not worry too much man. I had an odd dimple for a bit while it was still swollen and as the swelling went away, so did the dimple.

Look in the picture I linked below. You will see the chin dimple I have always had and then look further down, just above the stitches. That lower dimple was there and pretty prominent while the swelling was there. It was gone when the swelling finally went away.

Did it appear randomly one day or was there immediately afree surgery? And how long till it disappeared?
It took a few days before it showed up and took another 4 or 5 to go away.
I think it looks great!! Face surgery can be really scary. Good to see you made the right decision so early I. Your like! Keep putting your scar cream on every morning and every night!

Day 13 Happy Thanksgiving
Loving my new chin :) everything is great and gets better everyday! Only thing left is my speech which is still a little slurred due to my lower lip ! Hoping it heals soon!
