27 Years Old, 5'10 No Kids, 34/32AA, 330 Breast Augmentation - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

I have wanted boobs for as long as I can remember. I am getting 330 cc under the muscle silicone sientra "gummy bear" round implants, HP. I am hoping for a proportional result. Anyone that knows and loves me knows this about me. If I had to live with my current boobs for the rest of my life, I would still love myself and have a healthy existence. No one has ever made me feel anything negative about my present boobs. No one agrees with my decision and feels that I am perfect the way that I am. In the eyes of my significant other and parents 32/34AA is just about right for a 5'10 120lb frame. However as much as I love them, and value their opinion; This is for me. I am in a place in life were I can afford it, I've found a surgeon I trust, and I am 100% comfortable with my decision. Only my significant other, parents, siblings, and best friend are aware. I am hesitant to share this with my co-workers due to my private nature. I just want to pause, do something completely frivolous but completely worth it and life changing for myself and head back to the work place without having to reveal something so private about myself. However as a pediatric nurse this may not be possible. Any-who I am hoping for a speedy recovery, with no complications, and to the most fun i've ever had shopping :-)
