Hello - how long did it take for the 'pie crust' stitching to look more like a normal scar?
I'd say about 12 weeks. It's nice and flat now and scar is low.
Looking nice. :) are you using scar therapy ?
I've been using a mix of thing....silicone scar tape, bio oil, palmers, and biocorneum.... can't really say if it's working or it's just time healing..
You look great!!! How are you doing these days? I'm scheduled for July and getting excited. Just saw your profile and was just checking in on uou
Thank you! I'm doing great. I can't believe how time flies..I look in the mirror every day and am so glad I did this. You will love your results and wonder why you didn't do it sooner!!
Thank you
You look great. Why not sure?
Just never figured out how to change after surgery lol
Maybe try and show more confident behaviors that reflect or match the improvements to your body. :-)
Lol!!

Two weeks ago today

Wow, can't believe my surgery was 2 weeks ago.. That means only one more week and I go back to work. I just started working part time just under a year ago, after being a stay at home mom for almost 16 years. It's been a blessing to be able to stay at home all these years but it's been awesome getting a pay check every week working a job I really enjoy. I guess when I started working it kinda prompted me into getting my mommy makeover... Less guilt of the $$ spent I guess. Anyway each day gets better, still not standing upright 100%... Not sure if I'm supposed to force it or not. My skin feels so tight so I don't want to wreck anything. Anyways that's it for now.

Day 9 Moms back

Feeling much better today. Walking a lot more upright, did some dishes, cleaned up my bedroom and kitchen, drove my son to and from his midterm exams, helped my 7 year old with his HW....oh and I baked some cookies!! Finally feeling like mom again
