I'm so nervous but ready for a life changing experience. I have had backfat my whole life. However over they years it has become much more saggy.
I had a consult with Dr. Diehl this week and she was able to get me in for surgery next week. She was very honest and showed me her previous surgeries. She was very personable as well. She was my first and only consult. I don't know but for some reason I have a good feeling about both her and this procedure.
Confidence is key and I will be getting married in a few months. I don't want the insecure feeling in my dress the day of my wedding as I did in my fitting.
My surgery is Thursday and I'm ready!

Update to Backfat begone
Surgery went great! I'm very please! Still a lot of swelling and now itching. I posted an more accurate before image of my back. I had 4 sections of my back suctioned as well as my armpits.
I have to wear compression garments daily so the skin will not say again which is the key part if the process. Compression garments are very important post surgery.

Actually it really wasn't. Whenever I felt the laser tool she gave me more anesthesia. She took great care of me. I definitely recommend if you are in Raleigh-Durham.
Since I had fat suck from underneath my armpits that was the most painful part but only for the first week.
