Still very swollen. Am I being impatient?
Post op update
Almost 4 weeks PO and thought I would be more healed by now. A bit discouraged as the pain is more than expected. Had muscle repair and TT. Was 130 lbs 5' 6 so didn't think it would be too bad. Swelling is still an issue. Will post pics later. Any tips welcome. Lymphatic massage worth it?
