Here I am post-op day 3 and I still love my results..... I want to be sure that I give the most helpful feed back for those who are looking to have smart lipo. Since having the procedure I can truly say I would do it again. Having this procedure is no walk in the park, it's a process. You and your body will be going through the healing process... It's has not been painful at all, only discomfort. Honestly, it will take probably a week to become your jovial self. Here I am day three and I am still weak. The compression garment is not a walk in the park to wear 24 hours but I am praying I will adjust quickly. Even without being in pain I have not slept a complete eight hours. I wake up at least two to three times to reposition from the back discomfort. Today, I will be starting my protein shakes to help me gain my strength and help with the healing process. The fight is on to get back to my 100% self.

OMG!!!! I can't take that compression garment. Do I really have to wear this thing for four weeks. I can't make another day. This is crazy. I am starting to have headaches. Please tell me what I can do????
Finally Over!!!!!
Had my smartlipo procedure yesterday and loving my results today. I slept during most of the procedure until the suctioning of the fat. It was a little tender in the upper abdomen and hip areas. Dr. M Lutz was very patience and added a little more lidocaine to those sensitive areas.
Unfortunately, right after the procedure I experienced severe nausea and dizziness which usually happens six to eight hours after procedure. Incisional pain not pain. I am able to get up and down with no problem. I am really excited to see my results progress over the next several months. Day one I am loving it. I would highly recommend Dr. M Lutz and staff to any candidate looking to do smartlipo. Here are a couple of before and post-op day 1 photos.
