In 2003 I came to Dr. Morea's office for a consultation on a revision rhinoplasty... due to an open roof deformity, breathing problems, atrophy to my skin, visible cartridge and bump on my nose as a result of an initial rhinoplasty by an ENT . . .gone wrong. Dr. Morea explained in detail what would need to be done to correct all of the issues, going as far as to draw diagrams and answering the NUMEROUS questions I had. I then paid a deposit and was scheduled for surgery. I, unfortunately, got scared and backed out. They promised they would retain my $500 deposit for whenever I was ready. (I understood since I canceled the day before surgery). So, I went back and forth in my mind for years . . knowing I needed the surgery. Every time I thought I was ready for surgery, I would go back to Dr. Morea's office . ..2009, 2011, 2013, and 2014. Every time, Dr. Morea was as patient and understanding as before. He understood I was nervous about having this surgery since I had a bad experience with another doctor in the past. Finally in 2014, after seeking another doctors opinion, I felt that Dr. Morea knew his stuff and I was beyond READY for the procedure. I had the surgery in August of 2014. It has only been a month since my surgery and I am already loving the results. Oh, and they kept their promise and applied the deposit I put down in 2003 and applied it to the cost of my procedure.
