$1,500
Not sure if my procedure "worked" because it has only been a little over a week since I got it done. Debbie performed the procedure. We did my upper back (like under the bra strap area) and my lower abdomen. The $750 rebate is VERY misleading though. I was told if I wanted to get the rebate I'd have to pay $3000 for my procedure. The way it was explained to me: since I got both sides of back fat done, I pay $750 for only one side and the other side is "free". Same story with my abdomen, she did the left side then the right side for "free"; and this was suppose to "substitute" my rebate. When I was calling around to choose a doctor the receptionist at blue water spa (Noel) insisted on selling me on the idea that I would receive a $750 rebate for any laser hair removal or other spa treatment outside of cool sculpting. The price of the procedure all together wasn't bad and the experience wasn't bad, but I wish they would list rebate details online or something because I was truly disappointed when I found out that there was a "gimmick" to it.

Dr. Law stated on the Q&A forum that Coolsculpting on the upper arms is considered an off-label procedure. So, the question is why are you still doing this procedure?
See above for my experience with Blue Water. I'm taking my money elsewhere.
Dr. Law himself might be a great surgeon. I can't say. I've never met him; you will never meet him either if you are having Cool Sculpting. He might post all over these boards on Cool Sculpting, but he does not do it at his facility. That is kind of misleading in itself (and the pricing is too, yes), but it got worse for me.
Dr.Law has his technicians do the Cool Sculpting. That's okay with me--even though it's very misleading to insinuate that Dr. Law himself either does Cool Sculpting OR oversees it (as was insinuated to me when I inquired).
I made my appointment specifically with a technician at Blue Water (Law's Med Spa) who said she had been doing it for 5 years. I booked with her, NOT one of their technicians who only had a year of experience. When I showed up for my appointment today, I was told that despite the time of my appointment, they'd had a change in scheduling, AND that I had no choice but to see the technician who had only one year of experience. No communication before I showed up (on time) that they were rescheduling me and had decided I could not see the provider I had specifically chosen.
When I voiced my objection--I had carefully made this decision--I was told that I am only one of their 60,000 clients. Ouch. That was hardly an appropriate response to their inability or unwillingness to keep their own appointments.
So if you're thinking you'll be meeting Dr. Law for Cool Sculpting, don't be mislead--your procedure will be done by a technician of their choosing--maybe even someone still in training. For a procedure that was going to cost me $2300, I said no and walked out.
Don't ever allow yourself to be pressured into anything you don't want. For me, experience was key. They agreed to one thing when I made my appointment and then renegade with no explanation other than that I am only one of 60,000 clients. That's unacceptable to me. A pedicure is one thing--a $2300 procedure is another.
Hope that helps.
