I've wanted my double chin gone for years. Even after losing 25 pounds on Weight Watchers, I still had it. I think it made me look old and heavier than I actually am. I had submental lipo done as part of a mommy makeover package 9 days ago. I love the results already and I'm still early in recovery. I've had very little pain, just soreness. The minor annoyance of wearing a chin strap is really the only downside. But I would do it again 1000x. It was most definitely worth it!

I had my chin lipo suctioned and got a chin implant approx. 5 years ago. I think I paid $2,500.00 then. Dr. Patsevorus (Dr. Pat) of Greensboro did mine. Just like you, when the swelling went down I loved the results. Prior to this procedure, I used to hate taking pictures because if the angle wasn't exactly right, I looked like I had a double chin and a fat neck. It was one of the best decisions I ever made and the fat has never came back since then. Yours is looking pretty awesome even with a little swelling!

Thanks!!! I'm so glad I did this! It's nice to know that 5 years post op you are still raving about your results. Money well spent.

How does it look now? I'm planning to get this done too like asap. How long were you swollen for?

I posted a picture today just for you. I would say I was swollen for a few weeks.

Very pleased. Much more photogenic these days than I've been in the past several years.
