I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to...

I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to spread the word about Dr. Law and his staff. I cannot say enough about him. Please read if you are considering surgery, DO YOUR RESEARCH! I am glad I did mine:)

I had the absolute pleasure of finding Dr. Law. In the last six months I made a conscious decision to have breast lift. My second daughter is almost two and after nursing two children and just age in general, they headed south. I met with Dr. Law for a consultation where he explained all of my options in detail and answered all of my lingering questions. I also have to state he is one of the most pleasant, down to earth physicians I have ever met. I felt so empowered and full of knowledge when I left. He actually took the time to answer my questions and provide details. It was clear that I was in good hands and his credentials alone spoke volumes. I am definitely one to do my research (almost to a fault!) and I am so thankful I found Dr. Law. Meeting him alone sealed the deal but it's worth mentioning he is by far one of the BEST at what he does. 7 years at UCLA and 3 years and USC, second in his graduating class, 10 years surgical residency... I also appreciated scrolling through hundreds of impressive 'before and after' photos not just two cookie cutter photos!

My surgery experience was outstanding. I have had two other surgeries in my life and I can't even begin to describe the level of professionalism and pleasantness I was greeted with. The staff made me feel so important and everything was so private. It is also worth mentioning that Dr. Law only allows MD anesthesiologist there at all times. This put my mind at ease.

I was obviously nervous the day of surgery. I arrived at a stunning surgical center. I was greeting by Dr. Laws nurse manager Chris who is not only kind but cared so much how I slept the night before, if my drive was pleasant etc. After I went back to the first room I was provided a gown that connected to a heat or cool source. I was covered in warm blankets. Spa music played above my head and I actually drifted to sleep for a moment (I had not slept well the night before). I was greeted once again with two other really sweet nurses. They asked about my day, how I was feeling, if I needed anything. At this point my husband texted me to see I was and my response was "lying here in a warm gown, spa music playing and flat screen television on wall". He texted back "let's trade spots". LOL! He was nervous for me but it's worth mentioning I awoke from anesthesia to him talking to my recovery nurse like they were old high school friends. That's how comfortable they made him feel and how informed he was during my surgery!

The anesthesiologist came in to greet me and gave me something for comfort. He too was so incredibly pleasant and nice. This, combined with how comfortable I already was just allowed me to completely relax. Dr. Law again checked on me, making sure I was okay and asked if I needed anything.

I was wheeled into a pristine operating room. The staff there was equally as kind. Smiles on their faces, so welcoming. Again- peaceful and calming with a surgeon who I would trusted completely.

Woke up to spa music, warm blankets, two lovely nurses who made sure all my needs were met. I was given a fluffy white robe to take home. I was given ginger ale , water and snack for my belly. My husband had been notified throughout the whole surgery and was there to greet me. Dr. Law again came in to check my incisions, make sure I was taped accordingly, made sure I was comfortable.

I felt a need to include every detail in this review because having had two surgeries years ago elsewhere I DID NOT expect such a pleasant and amazing experience. Dr. Law and his staff are top notch! The surgery center they have built is literally like being in the "Ritz Carlton" of surgery centers. It sounds funny to talk about a surgery as "pleasant" but I literally felt no pain from start to finish. Another thing I like about Dr. Law is that he is known for taking measures to ensure comfort. I literally woke up feeling excited about my experience instead of vomiting or doubling over in pain (like my last surgeries).

Now for my results- PHENOMENAL! I cannot believe it was even possible for my saggy breasts to be lifted to such a perky and youthful look. My husband was in complete awe that this type of reconstruction was possible. Dr. Law is meticulous, took his time to make sure they were perfect! I have a new outlook on life. I feel so motivated now that I don't have to deal with my super droopy boobs! It was also nice to do something for myself for once. I literally can't believe this is my body. I just feel so good and have this new found motivation. I am a new woman thanks to Dr. Law and his incredible staff!!

Recovery: I was terrified of the recovery part not because of pain but mostly because my husband was only going to be able to take 3 days off of work to help with our kids. The first day I was sore but nothing intolerable. I was taped and had a sports bra on so that helped. I rested some that day but woke up the following feeling pretty good. I didn't need pain meds on the second day and also hate taking them. By the third day I was fine being at home. Dr. Law had taught me some techniques on how to pick up my kids without straining my incisions so I wasn't "dead lifting" them which helped. The recovery was almost too easy and I could of easily overdone it. My advice is to take the help for the first few days and move around. It helped.
