3.5 year update on my UHP implants

It’s been a long time since I’ve given an update. It’s been close to 4 years since I had my breast augmentation. I’m still in love with my breast and it was the best decision! They look and feel extremely natural and people are surprised when I tell them I have breast implants.

Bra shopping at 7 weeks PO
I was planning on waiting until I was 8weeks PO before bra shopping but I couldn't resist any longer! I went to VS yesterday and did a complete sizing! I'm currently measuring at 34DD ????. They look amazing and I absolutely love them! I only bought one bra because my boobs will prolly drop and fluff a little more and I didn't want to invest hundreds of dollars in bras that I would only be able to wear for a few weeks. The girl that was assisting me thinks that I will more than likely end up needing a DDD but I'm not ready to wrap my head around that thought.
I have no pain or sensitivity! They are super soft except when I tense up my chest muscles hehehehe! I now wear a size medium work shirt so that my boobs don't draw a lot of attention which has worked! But one day all of my medium worked! But one day all of my medium work scrub tops were dirty so I had to wear the size small and one of the other nurses was so distracted and would stare at my chest when talking to me which would distract me and make me look down lol. She was like "wow your boobs are looking good" . My scrub tops don't reveal any cleavage, only projection and the shape of my breast.

Crazy question but when were you able to push a vacuum? Thinking how long it's going to be until I can manage the stroller. ;). Thanks!!
@peartohourglass I tried to vacuum about 8 days after I got my implants because I was feeling good. I felt fine while I was vacuuming, but immediately after, I got really dizzy. My incisions started hurting really bad and I had to take a pain pill and lay down..
I couldn't push anything comfortably wihtout discomfort until I was about 2-3wks PO
Lol. Your story about the other nurse cracked me up. Your boobs look fantastic. Isn't Dr. Morea the best?! I can't wait to see what size yours ends up. Keep us posted.

Thank you! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted. It’s been almost 4 years since my augmentation and everyone is always amazed at how natural they look and feel. Initially I was a little worried that the UHP implants would like too fake but they complement my body nicely.

One month
Not much has changed since my last post, as far as size and how high they sit up. They are still sitting high and haven't dropped or fluffed any since week 3. I sort of feel like they look kind of small when viewing them bare but when I put a shirt on they look huge! I still wake up with morning boob but subsides once I'm up and moving nothing unbearable or requires pain medication. I also still have some off and on soreness more so in the left boob than the right one. Also my Mondors cords are gone! Finally! They basically went away on their own. It's like one day they were still there and the next day they were gone! My incisions are looking good and I've still been using the silicone gel 3 times a day that I got from my PS.

Hi aj0422! Just checking in on your progress. I'm seeing Dr. Morea in 2 weeks for my BA!!! How has the recovery process gone for you? I hope all is well and you're still thrilled with your new figure. :-)
Dwilliams15 everything is going well, thanks for asking! I'm now 6wks PO and I feel great and my breast look amazing! I haven't had any issues so far. I saw Dr Morea a few days ago and he said I'm no longer on any restrictions. I ran on the treadmill for the first time without any issues. They have dropped nicely without any massaging or bands needed and as you remember my boobs were extremely high/tight and swollen on the first day. They are beautiful now. Dr. Morea said I can wear a regular bra but I'm going to wait until im 2 months PO to get sized and purchase any bras just because my boobs are continuing to drop and fluff! You're going to be so happy and pleased. I don't regret trusting him and allowing him to pick the size and profile of my implants based on my wish pics. Good look to you!

Hi, I had 590 cc uhp on march 25 and I am so glad to see your progression pics. It gives me some inspiration to look forward mine are high and def need to round out some. Your breasts look great! I also am itching like crazy!!
Aww thank you! I appreciate your comment! In time your breasts will drop and round. it takes those of us with a large cc amount and HP/UHP a little longer to drop and fluff but when they do you will be soo happy and pleased with your results! My itching was related to the nylon/latex bras once I stopped wearing them I was much better! Good in your recovery!
