I wasn't sure I'd actually post a review on here, but I have found its pretty hard to find reviews for "smaller" implants so I thought I'd share my story.
I've always been smal-chested, but breastfeeding my child for 15 months did me in. He is now 6 and I'm not having anymore children, so decided to fix my boobs as they made me really sad every time I saw them.

I'm considering "smaller" implants, as well. Going from a full A to maybe a full B or small C (I'm petite and only 5'1" which makes it tough to figure this out!). Thank you for sharing your review!

Good luck to you! The key for me was finding a surgeon whose work was more modest sizes and natural looks, and then I completely relied on him to tell me what would work best for my body and the results I wanted. So far I'm very happy with the size. They are nice and full but not super big.

Hi, I am 5'9" and 137 pounds. I am similar, deflated A cup after 3 pregnancies and breastfeeding. I would like to be a full B cup/small C. Did you think 210 cc was enough? I am trying to figure out the cc's. I don't want to go too big. did you get the endo-axillary? Armpit incision?

For me, 210 is perfect! I wanted a modest size and a natural look and really relied completely on my doctor to tell me what would look best and get me the results I wanted. I had no clue on ccs before I went.
My implants are under the muscle and through the inframammary fold.

Do you have a frontal pic comparison? I have another consultation next week and and trying to figure out what size. Thanks! Also, how was the recovery the first week or two? I am worried about that. Did you use ice? Pain meds? massage?

Hi there, I just added some frontal view pics. I'm a couple inches shorter than you so 210 may look very different on you.
Recovery really wasn't all that bad in general, but prepare to be very tired and don't expect to be able to do everything you want to do. I actually went back to work the next day because I felt pretty good and I thought I'd be less tempted to 'do too much' at work than if I was home and felt the need to tackle some chore or project I shouldn't have done. You will be sore and tired and you'll need help with things the first couple weeks, but I felt pretty good all in all. 3 weeks was the turning point for me and one month out I feel great.

Oh, and I didn't use ice. I just took the prescribed celebrex (anti-inflammatory) and no additional pain meds. I was told to do light massage after 2 weeks, but every surgeon seems to be a little different in what they recommend.

I am currently stay at home mom of 2 and 6 year old. How long until you could drive? My doc says he usually prescribes valium to keep the muscles relaxed and percoset. I am leery of the percoset because pain meds usually make me vomit. He does the armpit incision (endo-axillary). My two year old still requires a lot of lifting so I'll have to try to work around that (I'm a single mom now). What were your favorite post op bras? I've heard Coobie is good. Front zip sports bras?

I drove 2 days after the surgery, but had to be really careful. Turning the steering wheel is harder than you might think! Not sure how the armpit incision site impacts that. I'm not one for pain pills in general but you'll need something to take the edge off.
If you have a friend or relative who can help you with the kids, take them up on it. I only have one kid (also 6) and I relied on my husband to do most of the caretaking the first week or so.
I got a really simple bralette from target (gilligan o'malley brand) that I wear the most. I wore the surgical bra the first few days and then went to target to see what looked comfy. The front closure is important the first few days but after that you should be able to get in and out of a regular sports bra or back closure.

Do you know what brand? Mentor? Allegan?

November 13, 2015
Thanks. I think my doc uses mostly Allegan and Mentor. Did you find any pics on here helpful to bring to show them pre-op? i'm seeing a lot of small breasted women similar to me for the before pic so most got bigger than I want so their after pic is not helpful. Trying to find a good "after" pic to show my doc.

I wasn't actually on this site prior to my surgery and didn't provide my doctor with any pictures. I looked through the before and after pics on my surgeon's site to find before shots that looked like me and looked at the results to get an idea of the different sizes and what I might be able to expect. Your results will mostly depend on how you are built and someone else's after pics won't necessarily be how yours will look even if you use the same implants. I knew I wasn't looking for giant fake-looking boobs and I knew I wasn't going to have perfect boobs afterward. I just wanted fullness so that my boobs didn't completely disappear in a sports bra and to fill out the loose skin I was left with after nursing.

I've gotten through the worst of the recovery and starting to feel back to my normal self at this point. I have my 1 month follow up appt on Thursday and look forward to being cleared for more exercise now that my energy level has increased.
I haven't been professionally measured yet but I did try on a bra that was a 34 C and it fits, so I think I've achieved my desire to have enough of an increase to justify the surgery without going bigger than I wanted.
Updated pics attached.

Very natural looking, but it looks like you were blessed with naturally perky boobs. No one would ever guess they're not the ones your born with.
Congratulations on your surgery! Glad you could "fix" your boobs after pregnancy. ;) I love your natural and pretty looking results. Feel free to see how other October 2015 breast augmentation surgery members are doing on this forum. Thank you for your updates and helpful pictures!
