29 Years Old, 34A, and No Children, 450cc Sientra - Raleigh, NC

I've thought about getting a BA done for about 10 years. I was never self-conscious about my breasts being small or felt that I was 'incomplete'. I feel that you need to love your body even if you'd like to make changes. I do, however, have some issues wearing certain clothes because my breasts are really quite small. In searching for a plastic surgeon, I was quite put-off by how many 'surgeons' would perform any surgery a woman asked regardless of how unreasonable her requests were. A 5'0, 100lb woman wanting to be an H cup?? Really? It's up to each woman to decide how natural she wants to look but if you are wanting surgery that knowingly could and would cause you so many health issues and possibly kill you, you really need some mental therapy and a plastic surgeon willing to perform that surgery doesn't have your best interest in mind. Anyways, it was through this site I was finally able to find a Surgeon that has the skills, knowledge, and morals I was looking for (of course, board certified). Price really isn't too much of an issue for me as long as I am happy with the outcome. I would rather get it done right the first time instead of needing multiple corrections because I thought I found a 'good deal'. I had my first phone consultation with Tracy back in February. She was extremely informative and answered all of my questions. I scheduled my next consultation in-person for April. Out of state patients can actually do all of their consults over the phone but I felt I needed to meet Dr. Law just to be sure he was the one I wanted to perform the surgery. I came to the office for the in-person and everything was very organized and very informative. I let Dr. Law know what my goals were, to have a natural appearance that fit my body. I do have nice curves in my hips and butt so I want to be more hourglass. He decided he wanted to use the Sientra shaped textured cohesive gel implants in 400cc. He will also do some fat grafting as well to help hide the implant because my breasts are so small. It should put me in the large C/small D range but as everyone knows, cup size is very subjective to bra brand and type. I feel this is a good size for me and Dr. Law's before and after pictures speak for themselves.
