I want the stubborn loose skin off my gut & the projection of the bloated look gone from my belly. I have THEE worse saggy boobs after nursing both of children for a yr each. Over the past yr or so I have been wrking my ass off to lose weight, & I have! I've lost 50 lbs mostly in my Breast and waist

I wanted to give you an idea of what I looked like from the side bent over. Wouldn't you want this repaired too?
I workout like crazy to keep my body nice but I cannot seem to get my belly nice and forget about my Breasts! All of the cardio and plyo metrics training I've done all of the fat in my chest is GONE! So I need to either get my boobs done or gain the weight back! And I don't want gain any of that fat back!

You can see you muscles in your side picture, which is awesome! Are you booked for surgery?

You can?! Thanks! Lol. I have a consult scheduled for Friday Dec 19,2014 What has your experience been like OneLuckyB?

I am so far very happy with my decision to go forward with Dr. Davis' practice, though it will. E Dr. Pyle who performs my surgery. But so far they have been attentive and quick to answer all my questions. I am trying to continue staying motivated and working out, as I realize now that it has to be part of my life and not just a phase. Sadly all the working out is not going to give me the body I want to see. So surgery it is.

I am glad you think so! What makes you say that specifically?? I am trying to determine exactly what I should ask for at my consult on Friday!!???

The extra skin on tummy and boobs with possible diastasis recti (muscle separation) are some of what the docs look at in possible MM patients. Look at pics of his tt to determine placement. I prefer low thin straight tt incisions and that's what I got. I want to wear a bikini later :)You need to understand breast implant types, etc as well as your breast width diameter(BWD) which is one component of the measurements your doc will use to determine implant size for you. You need to educate yourself on the sx and read other people's journeys to learn. There's a list of consultation questions on this site you should look for. It's a fun process and an awesome journey/transformation. Enjoy!

Thank you very much! I know I need a lift (mastopexy) for sure and also I would like them to be fuller so I would need augmentation as well. As far as my tummy tuck goes, I want a minimal scar (like from ovary to ovary region only), I have the capability of making my waist line do what I want except lose the excess skin! Oh my gosh! Its unreal. I am following your page and I want to see your post-op pics!!! Post post!

LOL! Thank you so much. I shall post some pics this morning. The scar will be determined by how much excess skin you have and especially by if you have separated muscles that need to be fixed. However, you could start by putting up some tummy pics with your question to the docs here on RS and get their professional opinions :)

I agree, there is only so much exercise one can do. I know that things we eat have a major impact on how our bodies look. So we have to watch it with the food! How is your diet? Do you have a solid lifestyle where you can workout and eat right without it being a chore?

Yoga is so good for the soul and plastic surgery is what I need to heal the my temple

Fitness is a large part of my life. Gym membership, running in 5k's, and most of all I love yoga.
Yoga is my passion yoga is the one thing I will miss doing post-operation. To give you an idea of what my body looks like in certain postions some would say my body is just fine. But in those first few pics I posted, you can see that a pose can hide almost all flaws in your body.
Yoga teaches me to patient and kind to myself and let my path unfold as it may. I worked very hard to lose the baby fat and along with that I lost Breast fat and also the elasticity in my tummy is gone :(
I try and try and try to make changes but it's looking like plastic surgery is the route I am going to need to take in order to fill up these boobies and flatten this tummy!

Awesome. I'd love to be able to really get into yoga. But I agree, fitness has to be part of life. You are still young, so don't let it fall to the wayside! I am sure your the patience from yoga will help in your recovery post op!

Definitely! All it takes is a body and a floor, you don't need anything to get into yoga. Start following some people on instgram to get ideas on how to do poses and voila! You're doing yoga! Laying on the floor completely still eyes closed focused only on your breathing (corpse pose) is a yoga pose!
