Fit 26 Year Old Mommy of 2 - Raleigh, NC

UPDATED FROM Namaste Mommy
2 years post

Model Mommy of 2.

WORTH IT$15,000

I worked out for 2 years straight and the loose skin wasn't going away. Pros I have the body of my dreams. The only cons I would say is the scar. I wish there was a way to get surgery and avoid the scar, but no matter what procedure you have-there will be a scar. I am pleased with the amount of post care I received the nurse I was assigned to even called and checked on me outside of office hours. I was treated very well, and so much so I recommended friends!

Looking great my dear!
WOW!! You are Looking incredible!! All the rippling u had is disappearing just like your doc said! Glad you are doing so well!!
wow. you really do look like a different girl!! the more everything heals youll look even more beautiful :) ! love how your boobs came out! round and perky!!! that's my thing! lol
Do you have an updated picture of the puckering on your tummy? It looks like it really smoothed out so far. I just had my surgery a couple of days ago and have an area that appears a little wrinkled. I hope it smoothes out because it was wrinkled before the surgery and that's why I hated my belly to begin with ;) You are looking good!
You look great!

Feeling really good

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks post op.
I have little to no pain on a regular. This makes it hard to take it easy since I don't have any pain. Everyone keeps telling me to take it easy, which I'm doing. I guess I'm just ready to get moving and back to my regular workout routine.
When did you all go back to the gym post op mommy makeover?

I am post op day 12. Have not needed pain pills since day 2. Everyone tells me the same thing but I feel great and ready to go back to doing everything that I use to. This morning I went for a 20 min walk on the treadmill.
Nice!! I guess I could always do a little walking. In the evening I have been doing some yoga stretches. I want to start lifting weight, that's what I'm eager to do mostly
My doctor has not said anything about working out or lifting but I have not done any lifting....not even the laundry basket. I don't want to take the chance of doing any damage. I also had a BA. I have a follow up appt tomorrow and have it on my list of questions.
6 weeks is when you should be able to go back to the way you were working out. At the two week mark you should be doing a lot of walking and stl not straining too much. But check with Dr. Davis for his guidelines.
Thank you!! Will do :)
I feel the same way! However, my nurse friend reminded me that external sutures can split if you do too much- leads to complications. I did way too much today- but I plan on being good tomorrow:) Wednesday is my two week- eager to hear next steps.
