I used the ItWorks body wrap for the first time a few weeks ago. I am skeptical- still am. But frankly I went down 1.5 in on my waist measurements after one use of a wrap for 1 hour. It feel as if I was doing crunches the entire time. I read review which said to not wash off or shower for an hour after you remove the wrap but instead rub in the extra gel in circular motions until completely dry and wait. I measured approx 2 hours after taking off the wrap (3 hours after wrapping). The product is said to last for 3-4 days. I still was down an 1 in after 72 hours. GREAT for special events/bathing suit time!
