I was burned DRASTICALLY when I went to Pure Medical Spa in Raleigh, NC ,in one of my laser hair treatments, which I thought was Yag, but instead they had been using Diode. No one informed me my treatment plan had changed from Yag to Diode, I only figured it out when I noticed my facial hair returning.

I've seen approx. 4 different techs during separate visits. It could be the company needs to educate their technicians as it pertains to laser usage and dark hued African American Skin.
