Love my new Butt Implants after 3 years of considering!!! 40 yr mother of 2

I am very excited and nervous to finally be getting my butt implant surgery tomorrow morning with Dr. Morea. I had a BBL 3 years ago, my Dr was great and honest with me that it would make only a slight difference because I had little fat, he recommended glute implants then, but I was too worried about the 30%complication rate he told me about. So I took my chances and did BBL instead. Now I am back to where I started with nothing. I will say, I often see people chiming in about doing "squats" to get the desired results, thats not how it works and I laugh when I read those comments. Its all about the genes...no pun intended. So, I am getting 460cc with Dr Morea. I trust him and his skills and I am hoping to finally move past this insecurity and get on with my life already! I am 5'6" and 122 lbs. My placement is subfascial and I chose this for many reasons, although not without getting a whole lot of hell from anti-subfascialists! I dont like how intramuscular often sits high with no fullness on the bottom and I have read many scholar articles concerning the outcomes and patient satisfaction data and it seems to provide better aesthetic outcome, no difference in complication rate and long term satisfaction. The only issue I had seen with the "sagginess" and dirty diaper look I hear of is with the implants placed right under the skin, I cant find much under fascia. I wanted to provide this review because I am thankful to all of you for sharing your step by step experiences and it has helped me so much that I want to do the same for others. I love the supportive network on here and since I havent told many people I am doing this, Im going to look to you guys for support! I will update later with after pics!!!

Surgery was done today! I checked in and did vitals, met with all staff who were all so fun, they took my mind right off it, Dr Morea came in and marked me up and he was just as fun and calming. I cannot believe what an incredible job the team did, anesthesia was amazingly easy, and I couldnt be more thankful for that. Awesome anesthesiologist, he was not kidding when he said I treat you as if Im treating my wife and kids. I woke up 30 mins after surgery. I remember the nurse talking to me to wake me up and I was telling her wow, this isnt bad! Lol She gave me some sprite and I was able to walk to car, I remeber saying oh, hell, how am I going to climb in back of suv, and got in on my tummy. My hubby took me to hotel and I did throw up the sprite, (I always do after anesthesia, even with the antinausea meds) but then I was ready to eat! Have been feeling great since! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the way my butt looks...sooooo happy with the size, I know theres swelling, but I just love it. It doesnt feel rock hard like everyone says right after surgery. I got the 460cc. I will keep everyone posted as healing progresses!!!
