WORTH IT$7,800
Here is an updated video! I tried to do it in good lighting so you could see the "tenting" I may or may not have and also the ripples that you can sometimes see. I weigh about 110 and am relatively skinny but I rarely notice rippling. When i bend over there is some slight rippling on the sides... but that also occured when I was under the muscle as well.
I'm just hoping this wire bra keeps on working and prevents any further tenting with my breasts because since I think it's been just about a year I know that things are really settling down and wont change much more.

So Happy!!
YAYYYYY I finally feel like they have settled down. Upon my doctor's request to wear something with an underwire, I cut one of my old bras up because the underwire on it was perfect outline for where I want my boobs to sit and have been wearing it religiously... even to bed. I was doing it to try and prevent them from being too close in the middle and so my righty would settle into its pocket where I need it to. It actually worked out really great and I am really happy where they are settling down.
I noticed such a big difference when going from under the muscle to above the muscle. I have heard that over the muscle can feel like it's about 25-55cc bigger than under the muscle and I totally feel that. Sometimes I wish they were just a tad smaller, but I really dont want to complain because I feel fortunate to have had the surgery period and to have boobs.
But girls let me tell you-- there are clothes that you can wear flatter chested that will not accomidate bigger breasts in it. There are definite advantages to both and it's important not to forget that there are trade offs.
In regards to righty vs lefty, they both dropped at different times. I was concerned about my right side for a while but now I can feel how it is settling down into its pocket. It also took righty longer to drop after the first surgery. My right nipple will always be a bit higher than my left and that's just because of how my anatomy was before the surgery. I am just thankful that my creases are more aligned at the bottom because that's what I told my doc I cared more about.
Overall I am happy and very grateful!

Wow! It's crazy how different the space is between them, and that this all happened after 8 months?? Didn't know a bra could make such a difference.

Yes it did happen after 8 months!!! I noticed that when I take the bra off and my boobs settle back into their natural position they tend to want to go a little bit closer but its definitely improved from what if was before!

Are you concerned about bottoming out again? With a lot of lower pole I wonder if it sits in the back of your mind? I think switching to overs def made all the difference! Do they feel different switching from Ideal to silicone? Beautiful results!!! Thanks for the update. :-)

Nope not concerned with bottoming out. My doc also added a internal bra I believe to the right breast as last time that was the one that bottomed out.
I prefer lower pole fullness in my case because it doesnt necessarily make my breasts look as busty in low cut shirts when I'm not wearing a bra.
I notice a big difference with silicone. They definitely feel more like "real" boobs

With my mod+ I'm like you sometimes with the low cut top. I don't feel I have more upper or lower pole since I had a BL/BA. I am quite content. Were the Ideal more firm? I know some ladies almost have ptsd worrying about their revision results when they had issues the first time round. Enjoy those beautiful breasts!!

The ideal are more firm when squeezed... they just have less give I think. I definitely was worried about having issues the second time around with the separation in the middle being as drastic as it was the first time... but I believe that that fear is not relevant anymore to my current situation which is GREAT!!! :)

Absolutely stunning results! I’m talking more and more to surgeons during consults about natrelle implants. I love they natural look they give.
Would love if you’d upload another squish video like you did in December. Thanks for sharing your story with us on RS!

8 months PO???
It feels like it's been so long!! I think my righty is finally settling down a little bit to be more level with lefty. My doc put my on some medicine to prevent from CC because righty was still a bit high. I feel like it totally helped but I also believe that my rifht implant probably took longer to settle due to the fact that I use my right arm so much more.
Sometimes I feel like they are too big. Then I look at me with clothes on and in photos and I dont think that rhey are too big... until I saw myself in my strapless bathing suit photo and holy mama did I feel like i looked big and busty. So i think i could have gone a bit smaller. It's just outstanding the difference it makes above the muscle vs below the muscle.
I worried about tenting but I do have a distinguished line in between each breast. I think righty just settled a lot closer to lefty but hey at the end of the day I always have great cleavage and dont need to worry about wearing anything to push my boobs together and that was really my main goal when doing this revision surgery.

They look really soft And I love the cleavage, but I think your surgeon has a tendency to make the pockets lower than they should be? I noticed that your nipples are never at the centre of The boobs

I can see what you mean @mimisur but honestly if my boobs were any higher they would be really uncomfortable and way too noticeable in my opinion. I'm happy they are where they are!

I'm SOOOOO glad you posted! I'm in Apex and I haven't seen any pictures from local doctors that I like. I want over the muscle also so your pictures really help me! Were you happy with your after care? I'm definitely going to save your doctor.

February 20, 2020
My after care was good! Whenever I have questions I always feel comfortable going in and talking to him. His partner there is also really good from what I've heard!
February 21, 2020
Yay! I'm saving your profile so I can tell him to do what he did with you but bigger lol
I've got a much larger frame than you so I need to even out my figure :)

You have a gorgeous result. I am so glad you went over the muscle. It looks way better in my opinion.

May 11, 2020
Hi there! Your results look fantastic!! I am 9 months post op and I'm concerned about CC in my right breast. It's still higher than my right and feels internally tighter, if that makes sense. I'd you dont mind me asking, what medicine did your PS prescribe for that?

May 13, 2020
Hey!! I'm so sorry you're worried about CC! My right breast felt the same way. He prescribed Montelukast (when looking it up it's an allergy medication, but also doubles for CC). I believe its something that many PS know about so I would ask your doc about it!

July 2, 2020
Hey!! I totally forgot the name of it but it is something that my PS said is usually prescribed for allergies??
