Natrelle Over the Muscle - 5'2 - 26 y/o - 110 lbs - 375cc - Raleigh-Durham, NC

Since I have been obsessed with this website after my preop appt I have decided to write about my journey to help others, like all of these other ladies have helped me in my decision making process!!

I decided to proceed with this surgery sooner rather than later because... well YOLO and I've always wanted bigger boobs. I had concern in the past with silicone implants and after doing some research online about saline implants and then the "ideal implants" I realized that I had been so scared about it because I didn't know that much about the surgery. The more I know, the more prepared I feel.

Stats:
5'2.5"
110-115 pounds (typical weight range throughout this past year).
30b-c // 32a... however I only have 32a bras.

I am deciding between 330/345cc ideal saline or the 345/360cc saline. One boob is a little wider while the other one is a little longer(lack of better way to explain-- Lol just look for pix) so he suggested two sizes. My nipples aren't really even right now and my hope is that they will just be around the same size with the nipples at the same height by the end of this. I don't expect them to be twins but I still want them to look like they are in the same family Lol!

Surgery is June 29th. I quit smoking cigarettes (my boob job being my "present" to myself for quitting smoking when I had my preop appt on June 7th). I don't plan on smoking after this surgery either:)

I really worry about going through thus surgery and then coming out of it wishing that I had gotten a bigger size. I don't want to look top heavy, nor do I want my boobs to be the first thing people look at when they notice me, but I am very serious about never wanting to wear a bra again. I would love to live the rest of my life just worrying about which pasties to put on them or what sports bra I wanted to wear. I want to make sure that this surgery would allow me the luxury to have a size big enough that I wouldn't feel like I have to wear an underwire bra to get mytatas to be the size I want

So I've been going crazy trying to figure out between the 360/345 or the 345/330 combo for my tata sizes. I looked up online how to make rice sizers and how to measure them out (I'll attach photo of what I found) and I realized after measuring out a 375cc and a 325cc the difference really isn't all that drastic that I am making it out to be.

Both of them seemed large to me. I don't want my boobs to be the first thing people notice, however I also never want to wear underwire bras and so I believe going a little larger will give me the look that I want. I'm still leaning towards the 360/345cc after trying on some clothes with the rice.

ALSO I got a front clip bra from rite aid today... it was one of those "as seen on tv" things that always get me but this bra is so soft and comfortable and worth it! Only $16 which seems to be a lot better than other things ive seen online
