Outstanding! I wanted to take this opportunity to tell anyone that is looking for an exceptional plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Law in Raleigh, NC, is THE BEST! I have met with many others and have had extremely unsuccessful conversations and outcomes from some of the supposed top surgeons in the country. Dr. Michael Law is truly an artist with a wonderful bedside manner! Imagine that! From the onset of the process, beginning with phone conversations regarding a procedure(s), I was thrilled with the warmth and prompt responsiveness of the team, which I will add, are very, very thorough. Next, my in person consultation was like no other. I was given an entire notebook prepared just for me outlining every aspect from Patient Pre-Op, Labs, Consents, Financial, Pre-Op Care, Post Op Care and a list of follow up appointments either via phone or in person, such as a 90 day check up in my case. When I scheduled my surgery for facial fat grafting, I arrived a day before for my pre-op appointment. At this time, Dr. Law and clinical team discussed the procedure, reviewed my meds, and gave me special anti-bacterial wash (w/instructions) to shower with the night before surgery (including hair) and the morning of (including hair). This minimizes and ensures that the risk of any infection is so minute it is relatively non-existent. The day of surgery, a car was sent for me, I arrived, was prepped and was finished in no time. When I awoke, a car and RN took me to my hotel where a CNA was waiting for me to stay with me for several hours in case I needed anything or had any issues. None! I mean I was up chatting, telling stories, laughing. I had such little bruising that it was truly hard to detect. I remained in town for 1 full day following my surgery date, then the following day, I arrived for my post op surgical checkup which was thorough as well. Some of my tiny surgical stitches were already able to be removed and off I went... I mean, I drove 6 hours home to GA with not one single problem afterward. The team called me to check on me the next day and we had regularly scheduled calls to make sure all of my questions were answered and to ensure Dr. and Clinical Team knew I was healing as I should be for that timeframe. I really want to say, I have NEVER had such a Wonderfully Thorough Surgeon who CARES and is extremely Talented in his Profession (also never trying to push more procedures on you for the $$$). He is an artist and I would say err's on the conservative side. Do your due diligence as I did. It took me a while to find him and now I want everyone to know who he is and what wonderful work he does. If you want natural, that is what you will receive. I can attest! I am now considering other procedures and HE is the ONLY SURGEON that I trust to perform the surgery(s). Please don't just take my word for it, call, schedule a visit, etc. You will be so glad you did! I mentioned I drove 6 hours 1 way to/from and would drive 12 hours if I had to just to have the BEST Plastic Surgeon out there....Dr. Michael Law.
