I have just recently started my intracel journey at the clinic of Dr Rita Rakus. My intracel treatments are performed by Dr Galyna. My first experience was one full of nerves, the thought of having needles in my skin, to benefit my skin sounded ridiculous, however at an all time low with my skin (acne at mid 30s and acne scarring) I decided to give it a try. I was extremely nervous prior to the appointment, constantly thinking I would end up red raw, looking worse than I did. However immediately Dr Galyna and the team put me at ease, I went through with the treatment and all went well. I have now had my second treatment and Hydrafacials in between and I can honestly say my skin has been the best it's been for ages. I was given a skincare plan, the best most professional care and now look forward to the appointments. Can't thank the team enough... I am confident that my skin will continue to improve. Many thanks to the clinic for making me so comfortable, I can now for the first time in years leave my house without the use of Foundation and still feel good. If anyone is considering skin resurfacing or any other aesthetic procedures I strongly recommend this clinic.
