Been to BEAUTONICS before about 2 years ago was pleased with price and result.
They have since upgraded to a FOTONA lasers.
Went back to remove large ex's name on my forearm. Was not looking forward to removal at all, but tattoo removal is what it is.
Thought about using Picosure, but I have seen on realself that some people are having 6, 8+ treatments and I saw one guy has had 13 picosure treatments. My tattoo is black and picosure is not the best for black ink.
I signed up for FracTAT with BEAUTONICS they charge one fixed price until tattoo is gone and they use the FOTONA QX MAX plus prepping the tattoo with a FOTONA SP DYNAMIS - using the erbium fractional laser handpiece, this makes small pixels in the tattoo.
I was told the fractional laser allows the gases to escape from the skin, which reduces healing time and eliminates blistering. The fractional laser did not hurt but smelled a bit funky - I could see small pixels all over my tattoo.
After the prepping I was treated with the FOTONA QX MAX 3 times with a 5 minute break between treatments.
Tattoo removal hurts but the chiller sure helps. Glad when the last treatment finished!
After the last treatment they covered the tattoo with cooling gel and wrapped it with clingfill.

Welcome to the community, I agree with Monzzz, your journey will be very interesting to follow, this is a very unique process. Also, you mentioned that you have already removed a tattoo, would you mind also sharing your results with us, it's really encouraging to see successful removals. Good luck!
The fractional laser helps the healing process so I can have treatments every 3 weeks!
So interesting, I had no idea this treatment existed! So glad you shared.
