Radiesse Nodule
I received radiesse treatment 5 weeks ago. For a bit of volume loss in my skin of my face on one side. It was hyperdiluted. And a tiny bit not hyper diluted on my cheek bone.
First 3 days hurt, then it was all good.
4 weeks- no issues.
Last week I felt a nodule in my muscle of my cheek… my cheek is puffy. The last week I have been a shell of a human from all the anxiety… I have read countless threads about issues with radiesse. Seems like it shouldn’t be used anymore if you ask me. Luckily nothing is too noticeable other than my fat cheek.
I’m worried it will get worse, I’ll look deformed, no one will be able to help with the situation.. lots of worries.
My nurse said it’s not from the filler, I saw two dentists and they say it’s nothing infected… and that it’s probably the filler. lol my doc is booked 3 weeks out - so waiting for that. Contacted a plastic surgery/dermatologist clinic… they want to charge 500 just for the consult. I want an ultrasound to rule anything else out.
I have read steroid injections can make it worse.
Anyways this is my journey at the moment. I’ll keep updating until it’s resolved in case others are going through the same thing. Really hoping for the best.
