QWO Very Disappointing!

I was so excited starting my QWO treatments. Based on my doctor's enthusiasm and the information I read, it appeared it would work great and be effective at getting rid of my cellulite. After my first treatment I experienced lots of pain in the areas she injected. Difficulty sitting or touching the area for the next few days. Since I still had bruising weeks after, I rescheduled my second session for about two months after the first one. I can deal with the pain for a few days however I am still waiting for the bruising to dissipate. It has been four months since my second session. Even worse, I have an area on my right side of the thigh that is indented. I showed the doctor several times after the second session. We documented it and she took pictures. It appears that she never saw this before. We are waiting for the bruising to completely disappear so we know what to do next. Looks like we might have to fill it in with sculpture or some other filler. I will give it a couple of more months. Definitely won't do the third treatment. I really think it's not worth it. I am down $1600. Some advise, if someone is still willing to do QWO, have it done in the fall or the beginning of the winter. This way you have two seasons to heal and get rid of the bruising...hopefully!

I have seen some pictures of some crazy bruising with Qwo. I wish they could let you try it in just a few spots to see how you react before you commit to the whole treatment. I was excited about this treatment, but after reading a lot of negative reviews, I probably won't do it. Sadly. Would love something that works and was not invasive! Good luck with your healing! Could also look at fat transfer if you have an indented area.
Hear you - had it done in May, now 5 months later still have the circle bruises. Was told this is a side effect many are experiencing.
Just saw the Doctor yesterday to show her the indent and talk about the bruising. She did call the makers of QWO and they said to give it SIX MONTHS for the bruising to completely dissipate. Wow thats a long time. As for the indent it caused on my right side of my thigh, my Doctor is going to fill it with one of the Fillers we use on our face. Still giving this another month.
There you go ladies....your decision to make.
Wow, same thing happened to me except I am the one asking for filler to fill in indents. Please let us know how the fillers work out and which ones they used if you’re able to!

Qwo has been such a waste of money, time and pain. At this point I would have much rather put the $ towards a fat transfer
QWO IS NOT WORTH IT! It’s a waste of time and money. I feel like the back of my thighs, and my butt look worse. I have awful hyper pigmentation also known as shadow bruising. I did my first treatment July 2022. I really wish they would’ve warned me of the potential side effects.
