Almost nothing left of my bum and scars from a laser burn on my stomach. The worst part of it is that Dr Aslani has distorted the shape of my belly whereby the middle part of it is bulging out whereas i had a flat belly before surgery.
Paid so much for this surgery and i look worse than before. I should not have been deceived by the glamorous pictures on cirumed's website Got to have revison surgery of my belly in Thailand soon.
Isn't it any wonder that he makes his patients take pictures and write excellent reviews, including myself immediately post-op where the final results and scars are not evident?

i don't want ot post any further pictures. just visualise what i have said about my figure. The worst being my distorted stomach. I do not wish to return to Dr Aslani. I would'a risk it. Don't be fooled byt he pictures you see posted on the Curumed website. Ultimately, it is up to you as to what you wish to do. But i would advise you to look around for a good surgeon and for someone who has posted good reviews some 3 to 4 months post BBL. Don't be deceived by immediate or one-week post-op pictures as they are definitelly not a true reflection of what happens a few months down the road. Think about the cost and your scars and most importantly, your surgeon.

and i had to pay a deposit very quickly to keep my surgery date.Don't ever make that mistake. consider your options very carefully. Why don't you try Thailand?

Thailand ? No seriously. so far I have found cirumed to be my best shot, they have many great reviews andd also many long term, 3 or more months. and then there is you. I am really sorry that you are not happy, but you just come across vindictive for whatever reason.

I have given you my reasons for not wishing to return to a surgeon who has messed up my figure. And yes, i am very upset because i need revision liposuction. i have no reason to trust this surgeon ever again.

I agree with this myperfectbutt, the original poster is not willing to back up her claims with photos. I am a patient of Dr Aslani and I would recommend him so much! I am now almost 4 months post-op and my results remain exactly the same. In addition, Dr A asked me to provide 'after' pictures several months after my op, not within a couple of weeks as claimed here. I am also sorry you're not happy but please don't assume this applies to other people or that Dr Aslani is not competent or arrogant which is simply not true. And for the record, I do not work for them which I am sure I will be accused of. I live in a different country.

Why are you both seemingly attacking her, for own Her Experience and opinion...Her experience is Real to her and you ought to respect that. All feedback, both negative and positive is warranted and actually helps those who are undecided to ask further questions which I think is a good thing.. Not everyone's journey will be a smooth as your own....

I am making a lifetime decision and I think it is more than reasonable to ask for something a bit more substantial. We all know that the journey is not always smooth, so it would be nice to know what a doctor does in this case. It seems she didn't even speak to him and the only answer to any critical comment to him is accusing of working for him that says it all.

Thanks a lot Rainbow14. I too am not sure why they are attacking me just because I have chosen not to put up pictures of my distorted stomach. Or perhaps i will soon. My scars are horrendous and I have a burn mark from the vaser liposuction. My experience is real but maybe they both have ulterior motives?? The pictures I have seen on cirumed are lovely, scar-free. That hasn't been my experience. I wonder if there is a way to block my attackers.

Please show us your burns pics. I believe u and im sad about that but I have to say I did 3 lipos, 2 with him and I never had any complications. He doesnt use vaser, he uses body tite

Burbs can occur if vaser, Lipo etc. Aslani manhandled my body and I am having to have a revision BBL elsewhere . I have many scars which are still prominent today . I am not posting if you don't mind and please stop asking for pics . Good for you if you are scar- free. Let's hope he is not paying you to put these comments on my blog .

I think there are enough pictures to support the fact that the surgery didn't go to plan..constant updates so everyone can gore over them in the name of 'valuing this review' s total BS and any such users should know they bring down standards for everyone by not proactively supporting such patients in these kinds of scenarios/ unwanted outcomes...we should all be petitioning ASLANI to say "WTF happened here' - he should be explaining himself

What you all need to remember is that EVERY surgeon no matter how great they are will have at least one negative outcome... Sheila's experience may very well be true and I would have no reason to doubt her. If she has scars and a bulge on her stomach then who is to say that this is not an issue with the way in which her body has healed. Think about it, some people pierce their ears and are fine and some have horrible keloids after this is not the fault of the technician but just how the skin has healed. I'm really sorry for your experience Sheila this is a choice we make and a risk we take with these surgeries. You guys need to accept that all surgery carries risks, some patients die during surgery not always through the fault of the doctor but sometimes because of underlying causes that are not foreseen. Think carefully before you do the surgery guys as it's ur risk and YOU need to deal with the consequences not the doctor! I may still go to dr Aslani as I do like his work, salama is supposed to be a great surgeon also but many patients have been burnt he would not do this is purpose and would try hard to prevent it as this would bring his credentials down. So just remember all this when making your decision x

Hello Sheilas! Did you talk to Dr Aslani about these scars/burns and fat loss in your butt? What did he say? I am also considering going to Dr Aslani so it's important for me to know how the Dr reacts if there is a post op problem. Also, can you post more pictures so that we can put an image on what's you are describing above?

Yes I will post pics soon.no I m not returning to Aslani as I do not want any further damage. Scars are horrible. Will try to remove the bulge on my stomach with a Thai surgeon as Dr Aslani has distorted the shape of my stomach

I don't think going to Thailand for a correction is a good idea, if things go wrong, how would you claim refund or another correction? You have more rights in Europe or in the states that's for sure.....!

I am not looking only at pictures on their website, I am doing a lot of research on internet and RealSelf, I've read a lot of positive reviews and seen nice real post-op pictures. It's a bit worrying that you are not able to back up your claim with real pictures. Anyway, good luck in Thailand, any pictures of you on the tarmac ready to fly would be welcome :-) :-) Hahaha

If you want to know how my stomach looks like have a look at the original pictures the bulge hasnt left my stomach which I need correction and I have many liposuction scars and a burn from the laser

What is the point of you being on real self if your aim is not to help those of us to make an informative decision about having surgery with a particular doctor, especially with some pictures of the extent of the damage. If we are being realistic it's probably your body that will not heal properly that is not down to the doctor im afraid

lol you have so much time on your hands, Dr Aslanis clinic have stated that you have not followed up on your surgery, nor have you complained about your results or answered their follow up calls so if your results are not great then bad luck to you, it is clearly not the fault of the doctor it is yours!!! why should she need to do that?? its hard enough to go through something like this and not have any real 'support' network you can use. When things don't go to plan clinics need to take a more responsible stance and we need to support one another if we are to get a better standard of care / duty from any doctor/ clinic

At 2 months post-op, there is slightly more volume to my bum and rounder but nothing like what it was immediately post-op. I have lost more than 50% fats by now. The results of the vasoliposculture has caused my stomach shape to become distorted unfortunately and the scars and burns from the laser are horrendous. My beautician was sadly shocked to see me last week. I won't add any further pictures but i would ask to think twice about which cosmetic surgeon you choose. Alot of them i have come to realise, overglamorourise things and what you see on their websites is not always realistic. I will have to undergo corrective liposuction next year but i will have to choose my surgeon very carefully. For all the money i paid, Dr Aslani wasn't worth it. I do not know how good he is if he has distorted the shape of my stomach and caused those horrendous burns and scars.

I see loads of really good reviews and I get more confident and then I come sad stories like yours nd it really upsets me and makes me reconsider.
