WORTH IT$7,950
So I can remember being 13 years old and wondering when I would develop and get nice large breasts like my older sisters. The thing was I did not. Move ahead a few years and I got married, had 2 children whom I breastfeed and lost the little volume I had. I underwent a BA 2 days ago and I am so happy to be on the other side of this. I am dying to take off my surgical bra tomorrow and see how they look. I know they have a lot of dropping to do over the next few months but I still can't wait. I like many others on here was nervous about the size. I wanted a full D or DD cup but I did not want to look like a [RS bleep] star or Dolly Parton. I am a tall girl with a broad chest so telling my "little" petite friends I was going to get a moderate profile 605cc silicone implant they all freaked. So when I got out of surgery yesterday I immediately looked down and my first thought was...oh no I hope they are not too small!! A day later and I don't think they are too small. I think they will be perfect. I am pretty sore but it is manageable. I have to say that you will definitely need help the first few days. I am very active and work out 6 days a week so at first my husband told he would take the week off with me and I told him no just the day of surgery. Well I can say that i needed him more than I realized. I feel much better today but my range of motion is still limited. I will share my before and after pictures for sure as I got a lot of guidance from this website. I have been extremely happy so far with my PS Fouad Samaha at Boston Plastic Surgery. Their staff has been very professional and informative. Dr. Samaha listened to my story and really understood the look I was trying to obtain. He was very informative and professional. I would highly recommend him. Stay tuned for more pictures :-)

First look after taking off the surgical bra
So I finally got to take off the surgical bra and have the first look. Well so far they look kinda goofy but I was expecting that. One is sitting higher than the other. I can't wait until 3 months from now when they have dropped and are in a better place.
So exciting.
So exciting.

Congratulations on your surgery! Don't worry about how they look right now...I think you look great. You're right, it takes several weeks/months for them to settle in. Feel free to join the October 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum for some post op support. Keep us posted on your recovery and take it easy!

Congrats on your decision, I'm sure it wasn't easy. I just had surgery on 10/16 by Dr. Samaha as well! So far, so good.

1 week post op and feeling great!
So I am 1 week post op and really starting to feel great. I follow up with my PS tomorrow. My breast are starting to look a little more normal. It is so hard to wait for them to drop!! We now live in a world where we want instant gratification and this is something that will just not happen that way. One of my breasts is dropping faster than the other so I hope that it levels out soon!!
