Dr. Samaha and his staff are the most wonderful people. This was my first surgery (of any kind) and they were so thoughtful. Debbie the OR nurse took care of me as if I was her own daughter. I called her almost nightly leading up to my surgery date. She helped my anxiety with her calm talking and nurturance. Love her!! Dr. Samaha himself is an established doctor and has been since I was born lol. He just knows. I wanted a natural more womanly look. Trying on the sizes I wanted to go huge but my chest couldn't fit much without possibly negative outcomes. I trusted dr Samaha to give me the look I want and he delivered.

So my stats. I am 5'4 130lbs at the time of surgery and gained like 7lbs post op lol. I am very much naturally a pear shape. Now I'm more of an hourglass.

350 mentor moderate plus profile in both (had slight assymetry and very mild tuberous breast.

So day of surgery I woke up and was crying tears of joy. My friend picked me up in an uber and dropped me off at home. I had no trouble walking or talking. I just felt kind of spacey. Like when you're half awake getting up to get ready for work. That's what it felt like. I live in a house with 3 floors. My room on the top floor and had to climb stairs up to my room. It was easy going up but getting into bed and getting comfortable was weird. I felt like I had a corsette on my entire chest and abdomen. I ate apples and was prescribed Valium and Vicodin. Vicodin did nothing for me so I continued to take Valium throughout the first week post op.

Days 1-3 I sat propped up was able to get out of my bed alone but it was very painful. I have nice strong legs so I used them to get in and out of bed. The hardest thing was pulling my pants up after peeing. Which I did a lot of since I was chugging down so much water. The water really helped clear my head while on the Valium.

Day 4 I took a shower and was paranoid about getting infections so I took made sure to have my back towards the shower head. I also splash washed my boobs then blow dried the incisions with cool air.

Days 5-14 were pain free. I got physical with the Bf on day 11. He almost pulled one of them off. I had to take ibuprofen 800 the next day to dull the excruciating pain. I told him if he popped my tiddy he was going to reimburse me. What do I look like lol? A money tree?

So I'm 6weeks post op now. Obsessed with the new look. They look natural and perky. They are only going to get better from here. I'll update every six weeks to the best of my ability.

So my new boobies have settled. And my new shape is more womanly. Which is what I hoped. My mom thinks they are bigger but not huge. So that's good. I was not looking for anything more than my D-DD cup. I've been losing weight to help them pop even more. My boyfriend obviously thinks I could go bigger (because my butt is big) but I don't think I will anytime soon.
I'm grateful for Dr. Samaha and his team. Esp. Debbie his OR nurse omg. She's. an. Angellllll. I haven't gotten any calls for follow ups since my 6week check up. But I'm thinking about sending the staff a holiday package. Is that corny? I'm still doing it looool.
The pictures are me 7mo post op at about 120-123lbs. Scaring has faded way more than I expected!!! Especially considering my melanin lol. They are squishy and bouncing. I don't wear wires bras (only breast petals and bralettes).

Hi! So do you think your breasts got slightly bigger after 8 months? I know it’s been a while. What size were you before procedure and how many ccs did you get? Thanks!
