Revision for lower face and neck, added fat transfer to cheekbone

13 months ago, I had a lower face and neck lift. My neck was not improved much, maybe 20% and lower face 30%. so I waited a year and had a revision a week ago. Well this time was VERY different, lots of pain, swelling and I am on day 6 and pain is getting better but very swollen. I didn’t even have the incision under my chin the first time, now I do. I also had fat transfer to cheek bones and they are puffy and yellow. I really don’t see much difference in the way I looked right out of surgery until now, I really look swollen. I didn’t know what to expect since the first time on day one, I looked great! I could probably of gone out and nobody would of noticed. Well this time I had real surgery here, so I am just wondering when will this swelling start to subside. I have read 2 weeks and it does get worse before it gets better.
