Question About Numbness and Muscle Weakness in the Jaw After Dysport Injection

About 2 weeks after my injection, my jaw and lips on my left side became numb and it caused some difficulty with my speech. It felt like I had a novacaine injection from the dentist. I have had Botox before in this area and never experienced this effect. I went to the ER after it persisted for 3 days to ensure I was not having a stroke or something serious. MRI and CT scans were totally negative. The ER doctor concluded it was probably the Dysport so I am just curious if anyone else has experienced this problem.
