Everyone on the team were professional at all times as well as being supportive, friendly and more than competent in their fields. The nurse that helped me with my aftercare took the time to call and check on me whilst I was recovering at home and always had time for me if I called or emailed which was very reassuring.
I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the procedure and do not think that a better job could have been done. I also felt that Marc Pacifico was very good at taking on board everything that I said and talked me through everything I needed to know very well.
