yippee 1 year.......

WORTH IT$8,000
Hi,
it's been one year and I feel so Good!
Skin that was stretched feels weird, sometimes like it's still raw but no pain. Scar has healed nicely and my belly button is slightly horizontal, than my original but soo nice still.
On the whole my feel good factor is really increased, now I can wear so many dresses and I really enjoy shopping now.
It was worth the pain and really it took me so many years to finally have the courage, but worth It!!!
I really have not started too much exercises, but since I never was a sports person, now I walk, do yoga a little.
I thank you all for your support last year and yes its nice I can wear lingerie that now really fits and looks good.
Thank you all at real self and all of you
take care and best wishes
I have no photos but will click a few and post them later

3 months and 1 week later

its been three months and I feel good , no swelling
I still like to wear my belt off and on especially while walking and jogging
I experimented with so many belts ( sooo many) but finally after reading on one review ,I ordered Squeem from Amazon . I cost me a lot as I ordered it from USA and had to pay tax in India , but I can say it was worth it . It fits so nicely does climb back up from the back and even though its so hot here I can still wear it . only when I remove it I realise the sweat on my tummy.
If anyone has a problem with binders , belts check this one !!!!
OH ! Happy healing to all my friends LOL.

Week 8 yay!!!!

Hey you all , tell me whether sometimes sleeping on the side for longer time makes you a bit uncomfortable , like you get up and want to change to the other side.
Every morning I automatically start stretching and have to control myself . Otherwise I am ok, no good . Feeling nice to have a flat stomach . My scar is nice and very less swelling . I was lucky enough not to have much anyway.
Been eating very properly so right from the start no problem for BM.
I also recommend turmeric milk I have everyday , it also helps to keep cough away and helps healing.
Took a photo in the same pose as one I had earlier before TT
Hope u can see a lot of difference
Happy Healing everyone!!!

did u fly all the way to india for the surgery? how was the jetlag? how long did u rest before the surgery? u just look amazing. no more pouch :)
Oh no !! I am from India Pune city near Mumbai
Wow looks like 2 diifferent people. Major success!
I love your incision!!! an even and nicely curved scar! I see you've got yours done in India, I also live in India but in Delhi. I've been curious as I don't know anyone who has done a TT here. Did your doctor use stitches/sutures or did he use staples?
He used staples and few stitches , they all came out after 16 days and 20 days ( alternately) but my dr told me I could take a bath over it also
Oh ok! hmmm :-) On Tuesday I went to the hospital to see the patient coordinator again re some post op pics, there were many pre op pics of patients but hardly any post op, she said most women here are private.. I saw a few post op pics of larger size patients but I told her I wanted to see pics of people with normal frame like me. Anyway I saw one post op pic on day of surgery that had staples. I was surprised! I told her I'm going to request no staples because I've been reading on here that most PS don't use staples because it leaves a bad scar. But after I left the hospital I went home to google the advantages of using staples, and then I've come to the realisation that both staples and sutures are used together for the incision, sutures for inner layer and staples for outer layer. I've also read that staples hold better, especially if the skin is weak or there's stretch marks it's better to use staples on those areas. I've also read that the sooner the staples come out the better, some doctors say in 3-5 days so that there is no scarring from the staples. Seeing your pics give me more reassurance, especially since I think most Indian PS would use similar techniques. Thanks for that!
Hi thanx well just wanted to tell you I'm indian too I love to see you here as not many of them I c on rs so keep in touch u look great now I can understand wat it feels like to b on flat side .
