How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Horrible!!! He Ruined my Eye Shape and Function!
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible experience! Dr. David Tse has ruined the shape of my eye, the function of my eyelids, has left my lacrimal out, I suffer from chronic inflammation because my lacrimal and inside of my eyelid is out. My eyelids do not align to close properly. I suffered so much in the two surgeries he did on me January 7th and two weeks later January 21st. Both surgeries were horrible, I had so much pain and felt a pulling. I told the doctor and he didn’t seem to care. I told him during the second surgery that my eyelid didn’t look right and he said “oh maybe you need a third surgery “. I felt he didn’t know what he was doing. Sure enough he performed two surgeries back to back wrong. I have seen many second opinions outside Bascom Palmer and they can not help me. I have seen Dr. Michael Connor, Dr. Tanenbaum, Dr. John Martin, Dr. Guy Massry (Beverly Hills), Dr. Taban (Beverly Hills), Dr Selem. Nobody has seen a case like what he did to my eyelid. What was supposed to be a ptosis surgery ended up being a nightmare. I can not have a normal life, I can not shower nornally, water can not touch my eyelid, I can’t swim, I can’t jump in the pool or beach, I have to be careful with the air, my eyelid is exposed and it gets irritated with anything. I am writing this because I would hate for someone to go through what I am going through. It is physically and mentally draining. It is not fair for a doctor to treat anyone like that. You don’t play to practice with people’s eyes. He shouldn’t be doing surgeries. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!
