Ptosis surgery

Lids very bruised and a bit puffy still but I can see a difference already.

Spoke to doctor about my eyes and eyesight. He said I have ptosis and could benefit from surgery. I saw n ophthalmologist a week ago. Got authorisation from my medical aid on Thursday and had the surgery Friday.6 hours after op had a little bleeding from one eye which settled done quickly. The sutures were very scratchy inside my eyes. The op was done from the inside. I realised a while ago that I tilted my chin upwards so my neck is never in it's natural position which could be due to upper vision field being somewhat obstructed due to ptosis. Now not yet 24 hours post op the scratchiness is still there but so much better. No pain really. It looks worse than it feels. So far looking at how lifted my eyelids are I am already happy but of course it's still early days so will have to wait and see. I will try posting daily pics for anyone needing his done.
