Do not get this treatment, ruined my face

I wish I never got this treatment. It accelerated the aging process significantly for me. I came to this office thinking I'd be getting Microneedling with PRP but the doctor instead gave me PRP injections. When I asked her why she's not doing microneedling she gave a very very vague answer.
It has caused severe bruising and swelling that is not going away and what seems like permanent darkening of my under eye. My self esteem is so low now. I didn't need concealer prior to this treatment, but now I do. I think this practitioner was hoping I'll get other procedures once I have this horrible scarring and was clearly trying to ruin my skin. I have severe, SEVERE bruising and disfiguration now due to this treatment, and like I said, prior to this treatment I had beautiful skin. I was just hoping to treat some acne scars. It would be one thing if I opted to get these injections, but I came into the office hoping for Microneedling. Dr. Josephine from this clinic does not know how to communicate and will not even tell the patient what treatment they're getting.
So now I have permanent discoloration in my under eye for which I'll need to use concealer. Concealer doesn't even entirely cover them up. What a shame.
The evidence in the literature re PRP injections for skin is inconclusive. Save your money. Do not go to this clinic, and certainly do not get PRP injections. Your money would be better spent on microneedling, laser treatments, or heck... invest in something else. I now need to spend a lifetime worth of money on laser treatments and therapy due to how badly my self esteem has been impacted by PRP injections from this office.
