PRP Injections for Tear Troughs

I did a lot of research on fillers and PRP injections for a year. I've read that fillers don't dissolve, but rather migrate to other part of the face. Apparently fillers under eyes can create lumps or create bags once the fillers migrate downward. I wanted to avoid fillers and went for PRP injections using my own blood only. I had it done 3 days ago and my tear troughs are gone! Under eye wrinkles have reduced, too but not totally gone. The swelling on my face has gone down a bit. I plan to do 2 treatments over the course of 4 months and will post a follow-up. My hope is that the under eye wrinkles will fade and tear troughs won't look as hollow anymore.

Tear troughs have returned, but they look much softer and not hollow and I don't look tired or old. I am still satisfied with the results. I can't wait to get 2-3 more treatments, I think it'll make my eyes look much softer and fresh.
