One Week after First Injection Under Eyes

Tear troughs have returned, but they look much softer and not hollow and I don't look tired or old. I am still satisfied with the results. I can't wait to get 2-3 more treatments, I think it'll make my eyes look much softer and fresh.

PRP Injections for Tear Troughs
I did a lot of research on fillers and PRP injections for a year. I've read that fillers don't dissolve, but rather migrate to other part of the face. Apparently fillers under eyes can create lumps or create bags once the fillers migrate downward. I wanted to avoid fillers and went for PRP injections using my own blood only. I had it done 3 days ago and my tear troughs are gone! Under eye wrinkles have reduced, too but not totally gone. The swelling on my face has gone down a bit. I plan to do 2 treatments over the course of 4 months and will post a follow-up. My hope is that the under eye wrinkles will fade and tear troughs won't look as hollow anymore.

How long does it last ?
I have no idea, but I'll wait and see how long the injections holds up, it's just my 1st treatment. Doctor says I should come back in 2 months (November) for 2nd treatment. So far, my eyes still look good.
Looking great. I'm wanting to do the same. I saw an eye surgeon who also does some fillers, he told me to never do fillers underneath the eyes for the exact reasons you did. Smart you!
Wise doctor! The one who injected my blood, also told me not to do any fillers under my eyes. All the feedback I've read online was more negative over positive. I've only read maybe 2-3 positive reviews on under eye fillers while everyone else got lumps or baggy eyes over the course of months. No thanks!
