10 weeks
Well I’m about 10 weeks out at this point and with zero improvement in face my knee hurts worse that before. I’ll be going to get a cortisone shot soon as the inflammation just hasn’t gotten better.

Well I had thought the inflammation was down and gone but it wasn’t. It’s still been very inflamed and I’m still in that 2-3 week window where pain can be increased. I’m hoping the next week things start to settle down

About a week and half out here. I am about back to feeling like whew I was pre procedure. So just my normal knee aches and pains. Feeling very hopeful that the next 2 weeks will be when the real healing starts to take place!
