PRP for eyes only 1 of 3

WORTH IT$800
I have thin aging skin under my eyes & am really aging here quicker than anywhere else. I considered fillers & was told about PRP as a natural option with little o no bruising vs. fillers. Each session costing $125- for their December special & booking 3-6 for maximum results. Its been three hours since my very first PRP needling treatment & Im not really swollen & am in no pain. I have to wear the “plasma blood mask” until 9am tomorrow. I’ll get my second treatment in 2 weeks & my third in Feb. Stay tuned!

Sorry forgot to ask, what's “plasma blood mask” Thanks again.

Platelet rich plasma, your blood gets drawn & they spin it for the good stuff. Then they smear the plasma on the treated area and use microneedle pen technic (50 pins I think) to create tiny punctures where they then take your own plasma and continue to smear the needled area. Its almost like an cool aloe serum feeling was placed under your eyes. For me the worse part was the noise of the pen making me anxious & the tight sunburn instant look but it disappeared quickly. I really wish I could go in this week but I need dian time & unfortunately they arent open on Fridays. So I’ll wait until week three for my second PRP treatment & they have my plasma stored so no blood draw. They call it a blood mask bc they use your blood, spin it to get the plasma, then place the good stuff back into your affected area. Entire face us $400- so I only treated my eyes. Next time I may do my neck too. These are my two quickest aging areas. The funny part is my “blood mask” wasn’t as scary as it sounds so my family was happy. I was worried it would look like I had a bloody face and its more sunburned then anything and was only around my eyes. I wonder why some photos of women look like they are literally bleeding from being needled too hard?

Your eyes look great!
Iv just had my second PRP treatment done, I’m having the whole face done. I didn’t notice too much improvement after the first one but definitely after the second one, I’m also having the plasma injected rather than microneedle.
Good luck with your treatments!

And good luck with yours! I go in for my second trx in a few days an am excited. How big of a difference was it for you after your second treatment, and will you go back for a third or fourth?

I didn’t know they could inject plasma. I wonder if that makes it more expensive but makes it last longer? That sounds more painful too, keep me posted! I am finally healed from my second PRP treatment and will post pictures tomorrow because I forgot to today, with natural light and no make up.

Are you happy with your results so far? I’m not sure if injections are more expensive but maybe as the nurse injects about 100 times into the face, so it probably takes longer than with the needler, skin is numbed with lidocaine so it doesn’t hurt, looking forward to seeing your new pics!
I believe it can be three months before you really see a change.
Iv started to see and feel a change in my face two weeks after my second PRP facial, looking forward to my next one in two weeks!

Well, others are noticing it more than me tbh but there is a bit of improvementafter my second one but not as much as I’d hoped for.
The nurse tells me it is after the third one that you really start to see a big difference and it lasts for a long time, so fingers crossed!
Look forward to seeing your results.
I should have posted before pics but didn’t think until I started looking on Realself.

No pain, tightness has pretty much gone away. And it also does not feel sunburned anymore. Just 6 hrs later. I could definitely go to back to work tomorrow with some make up on as long as the peeling isn’t crazy. I will post a photo tomorrow.

It looks great. Thanks SO much for sharing. Your eyelashes look amazing. May I ask if they’re natural??
January 24, 2019
Yes & no re: real lashes, they are individually placed extensions :-)
January 24, 2019
I appreciate your response. SO off original subject but do you like your lash extensions and how how have you had them? Really appreciate your time.
January 27, 2019
I have had them for 14 years I had them done before they were even a thing because I lived in a different state. Everyone is different some people have them filled once a month and some are a lot more often it just depends on how sensitive they are some people end up in the emergency room because of glue allergies so it can be risky starting off. I’ve been lucky.

Really no red coloring left. No pain either. I washed the plasma mask off after 24 hrs with warm water only & my under eyes look less crepey.
Thank you for starting your review while you are still healing!! Please keep us updated on your treatments!!
