Erectile Dysfunction

I am a 35 years old. I used to be sexually strong. I used to masturbate everyday. I am hypertensive since 3 years and with grade 2 spondylolythesis. Suddenly 1 year ago i started losing my sexual power till i couldnt erect at all. I started medicines, each medicine i try work only for 2 months then its effect becomes zero. I had one prp injection it worked only for one week. I started shockwave therapy and i still feel i cant erect at all. When aroused my penis is filled with blood witjout the ability to erect even when i am on cialis 5mg daily.
