PRP is working!

WORTH IT$3,200
I started the PRP hair injections at Dr. Kolstads done by Rebecca in November 2018, I did 4 injections one every 4 to 6 weeks. It’s now May 2019 and my hair is feeling thicker and fuller! After the first injection immediately I noticed less shedding and it’s stayed the same. I’m super excited! My little bald spot it going away! I don’t need to be embarrassed about getting my hair wet this summer! I will definitely keep up the maintenance! Loving it! Dr. Kolstad and his staff as always are super nice and provide great service!

That’s awesome! I know it works well for some people, but my new hair growth started falling out after 4 treatments. My doctor said I would need monthly treatments to maintain my hair. At $1100 per treatment, I don’t think so.

Thank you! I believe my hair loss is stress related, not sure if that makes a difference. I’m sorry it hasn’t worked for you, yes I agree it’s expensive. I’ve los been taking vitamin D 5000 mg a day, maybe that has helped me too.

I have had 5 sessions with no improvement also...No more at £400 a pop...

This looks really good. Congratulations. I’ve been told that hair growth cycles are quite long, 2-5 years. M doctor did prp with Acell injections then wanted to wait a year and a half to do the second round, the booster. I didn’t notice much of a change until the second treatment... so it was about two years before I noticed significant change, which makes sense if you think about the hair growth cycle. Had I reviewed his work after a year I would say not worth it. Even though my hair did stop falling out. There was not a lot of new growth. But after two years I would say definitely worth it. It’s been about six months since my second treatment, and I have many many many 1 inch hairs interspersed with my other hair. The girl who cuts my hair is amazed. She says whatever I did caused a significant change I’m just sharing information here because there’s a lot of conflicting information about PRP and hair loss. Again, I am so happy you’re getting great results!
