Professional and knowledgeable - wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair

This is my first time undergoing PRP for hair loss treatments. I chose Root Hair Institute in Bellevue based off my initial experience with front office staff and because I felt comfortable with Dr. Kash. She agreed that PRP was the best option for me at this time. Dr. Kash thoroughly explained the process to me and answered my questions regarding post-procedure care. I didn't experience any pain throughout the process; it was more like mild discomfort. I'm okay with that! I did also appreciate the follow-up call from Nicole the day after my first treatment.
