Consultation Review - My 1st Consultation - Providence, RI

Hello, Dr. Z, was my very first consult for plastic surgery, I want to say that he is a nice Dr, the issues I had was poor return calls from his staff...when I first made the appt it took some time and several days to get in contact with the office. When I went to the appt..waiting time was between 30 minutes..I guess reasonable ...seeing that his wait room had plenty of other clients. The consult with the Dr, was nice, his nurse was ok...I think she was concerned on if I can afford the procedure. I left there with no quote or procedure cost...I was told by the secretary to call back in a few days. Few days passed I must have left 6 mags..when she did call me back, she wanted to email me the procedure cost. Through research I found this website.....I started reading and educating myself about different procedures, so I decide to change my mind on procedures...I called left another numerous messages and explained my changes, the staff member told me she would discuss this with the Dr and his nurse ......they never called me back...I tried calling , leaving messages and till today July 9, 2014 no call back...so through real self I discovered many Dr's. I am scheduled to have a mommy makeover with Dr. Rex ....August 15 2014.... A very professional Dr. I must say I was very disappointed with Dr. Z...and staff not returning my calls........I would have like for him to do my procedures, but it all worked out for the best.
