6 weeks post

I am at 6 weeks post. Chest is pink but gets very red & irritated after showers or working out. The grid marks aren’t AS noticeable but still there. Wrinkles still there but with pinkness & these awful red bumps. The process was awful & I’m more self conscious now than I was before. I don’t understand how the other lady who had same procedure was fully recovered in 3 weeks and here I am at 6 weeks looking worse than before. Maybe I am a poor healer or the laser was just way too aggressive on me.

I am grateful my chest recovered significantly from day 3. At day 3 my chest was so red and scary.

1 week post

I finally see light at end of tunnel at 1 week post. I was finally able to work out today which made me very happy! I did feel very tight on my chest. I felt self conscious about having a strange looking chest. I do wish she went up further. Hopefully the new skin and old skin even out well.

For now the itchiness is gone. No pain. Very pink skin with some mild peeling. Can’t wait to see the skin turn normal color!

Day 6

I'm still a hot mess at day 6.

Terrible bumps all over my chest.
Minimal pain -- can finally wear a bra!
Top part of chest is very irritated. Collar on shirt is uncomfortable.
Lots of brown skin pilling off (gross but sorts satisfying that the damaged skin is pilling off)

Still don’t recommend this procedure on chest
