Profractional Laser Post Procedure Care

Had my first profractional laser procedure this week. Usually have had HALO about every 15-18 months since age 34. The dermatologist's HALO laser machine broke and they decided to go with another device so I got stuck with continuing my crappy night time care (usually nothing, occasionally retinol) or trying another new laser treatment. I am afraid of injectables so I stick to the laser although I do have concerns about the light and risk of cancer but ..... not for this review.
So I went for my profractional treatment. I was super anxious, having also gone to the dentist this week, so I asked my favorite technologist to do the lightest setting for me, plus I have never had this so was scared. Even on the lightest setting it was quite dramatic edema and bleeding.
The post procedure care is overwhelming for me, luckily, my technologist is amazing and helped me plus they have a super helpful hand out. But I will say I started the vinegar at 12 hours rather than 24 as I wanted to try to go to work. But I had to take the day off as even after the vinegar, I looked like I had Ebola.
I have attached photos for a day by day progression.
