3 Year Follow Up, Plus Profound and Laser Review

I wrote a review about 3 years ago for Dr. Lee after having my neck/lower face done. I’ve had a few people message me asking if I was still happy and wanted to report that - yes, I am 100%. Of course, once you have anything done you do continue to age. For me, personally, I look at caring for my face and skin as an ongoing process. I never expected to just have one thing done and then be good for 10 years. I knew I would want to periodically do things to maintain what Dr. Lee had done. So, I recently had Profound done to my neck and jawline as well as CO2 laser to my whole face and wanted to give a quick review of those for anyone who might be interested. Tina, who runs the MedSpa part of Dr. Lee’s office performed both procedures. (Tina is a lovely person by the way). Both the laser and Profound were slightly more painful then I had anticipated. My skin was thoroughly numbed with cream beforehand, but I still was gritting my teeth a bit to get through it. Afterward I was very swollen and my skin quite red for a few days. I’d say by day 3 or 4 after I started looking more normal and in less than a week was back out and about. I’m very happy with the results I got, but don’t go into this thinking it’s a replacement for getting a neck/lower face lift. It’s nothing super dramatic but my skin looks overall refreshed, brighter and my jawline is slowly firming. (You continue to see the results from Profound for months after). The biggest difference I see is on my neck. The horizontal lines I had pretty much disappeared. I know some people will want before and after pics, but I’m not comfortable putting photos out there, sorry. Anyway, just wanted to give an honest, unsolicited review of my experience and provide a shout out to Tina and the MedSpa as a good way to maintain results from from my procedure with Dr. Lee.
