Terrible Results ....ruined my Neck

I followed all of the instruction. This ruined my neck! They said this had never happened before! I think I have scarring and brown and red marks. This treatment was done in February it's now May and no improvement. My neck before had no discoloration and just some slight laxity in the skin right under the chin. Now I look like I have some disease and the skin is not tighter at!!! I don't know if they did the temperature incorrect or what. They did mentioned that they should have put something on my skin before the treatment. I truly, truly regret this. Now I'm scarred. They are trying to treat me with Picogenesis lazer to correct damage. I have had two treatments so far and see no improvements. I will post pic later.

Still showing no improvement. Along with the scarring marks under my skin has many bumps. I'm waiting to see if I will ever get my skin back to normal. I will be posting pictures soon. It is coming up to 6 months now. I am thinking about getting a second option to see if the treatments I'm getting now are going to help...so far I have seen no improvement. I need to find the correct way to fix this if it can be fixed! Please if anyone has any help with this or has experience similar problems with Profound please let me know.

Still trying to resolve the damage from Profound. Please leave a comment with recommendations that might help or if you have had this happen. I would love to just get my skin back to the way it was before the procedure.
