Profound RF Skin Tightening Treatment

I have a 13 year old and a 1 year old. I had Profound RF treatment to the abdomen 7 weeks ago. You begin the procedure by being injected with lidocaine....lotsssss of it. The injections were painful but mostly uncomfortable. After the lidocaine has numbed for 30 mins or so the procedure begins. If they hit a spot with no lidocaine, you will feel it and will understand why lidocaine is needed. Ouch! I don’t feel like anything has changed so far, but I’ll let you all judge. Let me know what you all think. Someone else had the procedure done 1 week before me and her results look good so far. I’m praying this works for me because it was very expensive. 3k

From what I just heard, for Morpheus8, you need 3-6 treatments (different from Profound) but you also apparently have to wait 6 months to see final results...! I wonder if this is also true of Profound?

Do you difference now? Could you update with photos? Thank you!

Nope! They have now given me 6 Velashape treatments and still no difference.
They are giving me another Profound RF treatment on August 26th. This time they will use a different tip than they used the last time.

Oh, that's a shame, but luckily, you get to try again to see if there is a difference now. I am very curious about this treatment. I have seen some great results on here and others are not as good. It's such a new treatment. I didn't realize they had different tips. Will they change the radio frequency level, perhaps? Thank you for updating!!! I am a smaller, fit person, but I'm 49 and a bit of a critic about my own body/face imperfections. I am very interested in anything that can help build new collagen or improve skin. You look amazing and fit, but I do understand that you are probably a perfectionist, as well. I see some difference in your results, even if minor, but I understand why you might be expecting more. Thanks again for your response. :)

Thank you so much for the positivity! Could you direct me to the results you have seen, good and not good? I keep seeing that same pictures circulating the internet only to find out the company “Candela” is producing them. So let’s say they have 5 amazing results from the treatment, they give those progress pictures to whomever purchases their machines and they show those results, resulting in someone like myself getting excited think it will work the same for me as the pictures. It’s a disappointment because it’s very expensive. I could have almost paid for a mini tummy tuck. I thought this was the best option being I don’t want a scar.

I've seen photos at a specific medi spa in Beverly Hills (I've only been once & can DM you the name if you'd like), but the ones I've seen have been here can be found as you know by looking through their photos and reviews: https://www.realself.com/photos/profound-rf

I am trying to decide whether to do this to my lower face/neck and maybe legs/arms...or maybe try threads, sculptra or ultherapy. I have been researching for months.
